Carolinas Restoration uses estimating programs that will provide a detailed line items and include a sketch of the work area. If the work is related to an insurance claim, the estimate will be sent directly to the insurance adjuster as well as the property owner.

We utilize Material Selection sheets and Change Order sheets to keep a detailed record of what you want. Once the estimate is approved, we will provide a written contract and a payment schedule will be set up.

The first step of any job is proper communication. A project manager is assigned to each job and will keep you informed during the process and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

If you had a water damage, and that is the reason we are performing repairs on your home, the first thing the estimator will do is check to make sure the affected area is dry.

If you are just looking for renovations or remodel work, this step is not applicable.

Your project manager will work with you to schedule your entire job. It is important to have a point of contact in order to ensure the efficiency of the job.

Our goal is to complete the job to your satisfaction and give you the confidence to refer our services to others.  All work completed by Carolinas Restoration has a warranty of one year.

A project manager will be available to answer any questions or concerns, before, during and after the job.

At the end of every project, we provide the customer with a Certificate of Completion document. If the insurance company is involved, we send this to document to notify them that the job has been completed to your satisfaction so that they can issue the payment. The insurance will send you a check, if your name or mortgage company is on the check, there are some extra steps involved in order to get us paid. If it just has your name, you will have to endorse the check to Carolinas Restoration. If you mortgage company is included, there will be a paperwork process we can help you with.

We work closely with your insurance carrier & adjuster to make the restoration process seamless and easy.
